This is a Gerber Covert F.A.S.T. assisted open folding tactical pocket knife with black blade and black handle.
I suspect it may have been a display model, but I couldn\'t tell for sure on this one. It actually does not seem to be used, but there are scuffs on the blade finish, and marks on the thumbstud - *see photos*. Otherwise the edge is factory sharp and the knife functions like new, and the handle is in great condition. It comes with its original box, which has some wear.
The blade is a 3.6\" black spear point (faux edge on top), made of 7Cr17MoV steel with amofferextrous thumbstuds. The switch on the side of the handle locks the blade in the closed position. The same switch will release the blade to close it.
The handle is made of black glass-filled nylon and has a stainless steel frame. It measures 5\" closed. The pocket clip is fixed for tip-down carry.
Its overall length is 8.6\" when open, and it weighs 4.8 ounces.Photos are of the actual knife you will receive.
