Vintage 1950s Rival CAN-O-MAT wall mount can opener model A145. Opener is bright yellow / chrome, comes in original box (missing lid) and has the extra cutter & mounting screws. This appears to be unused, it has a sticker still affixed to the back stating: 'This model does not include a magnet. You may purchase one by sending $1.00 with your name and address to: Dept. M., Rival Mfg. Co., Kansas City, Mo. State model and color desired'. (obviously this offer is no longer available) Opener measures 7.75" long and weighs 1lb 13oz (super heavy and sturdy). There is some light age/storage wear (improperly stored with no lid for years), see pix for details. This nifty atomic era can opener is super clean and could be used, displayed or for use as a set prop.
