Condition ~ Excellent ~ just a 1 mm x 2 mm superficial chip on rim (last picture), (mark above it is a manufactured bubble); paint intact; no other flaws ~ beautiful vintage item from the early 1940’s.This is a Vintage Pyrex 1 Cup Measuring Cup from 1941 featuring red print, no metric, a D handle, holding 8 oz. and marked #508 (H~1). The measurements on both sides are in red paint (intact) & PYREX is on the one end under the spout. It measures 3.25” deep; is 3 5/8” at its highest point; is 3 3/8” at its widest point; measures 4.75” end to end’. Diameter is 3 3/8” at the top rounded circumference.It is marked on the underside with the words ‘For General Houseold & Photographic Use Only’. I was fortunate at one time to find the Dry Measuring Cup which is identical to this but without the spout & handle. Please enlarge & examine all photos to complete the description.
