Offered here is a vintage advertising premium or give-away. It is a kitchen tool that has a bottle opener on the handle, and a spoon / scoop / spade on the other end. The handle is marked, \"PARK REGION OIL...PELICAN RAPIDS, MINN...PHONE 3-2811.\" (Pelican Rapids, Minnesota is a small town of about 2,500 residents.) It does not have a date, but note the 5-digit phone number. I THINK this was made in the late 1940\'s or early 1950\'s - give or take. It still has the original cardboard wrapper, which reads (in part), \"New UTILITY SPOON and ICE CREAM SPADE.\" The tool measures 8 inches long. I don\'t think it was ever used, however, it is NOT in mint condition. There is some wear to the surface plating on the back tip of the scoop. (See close-ups with pencil point.) Otherwise the condition is very nice. It is guaranteed to be old & original, or your money back.
