Vintage New Years Eve Paper Party Hat from the 1930s is covered in racy pin-up girls in a prewar 1930s style. These girlie images bring to mind German between-the-wars nightclub stylings as seen in the films \"The Blue Angel\" and \"Cabaret\", although the hat is stamped \"Japan\". Colors featuring a blue-green background plus pinks, yellow, green, orange and white are vivid. Besides the girls, there are stars and daisies, with a foil butterfly applique and red cellophane, plus white crepe paper decorating the top and bottom. The original under-chin elastic is still attached, tho not stretchy now. I\'ve never found another like it. This hat has seen time and it shows, but it is a fascinating survivor.
