This tag was in my late father\'s effects. He was from the Akron-Canton area, and worked for several car dealers and repair places, so I think this was likely from Partlow Auto Sales in Portsmouth, unless they once had a dealership or repair facility closer to Akron.
Tag looks to me like copper and does not attract a magnet, but I did not want to try to clean it or remove the nice, even patina. Tag is about 1.125 inches in diameter, and the 3 inch chain means that the whole thing hangs 2.75 inches when the chain is fastened.
Tag and chain both in nice shape.
