VTG MIDCENTURY COTTAGE TABLECLOTH, VIOLETS & FERN 1960s Pink Green White. Cotton:

So evocative of early 1960s suburban style, this tablecloth is decorated with wild Pink Violets (also known as Red or Rose Violets I'm told, but they look pink to me:). Along with the violets are Lily of the Valley and Ferns. The artist's style reminds me of the floral art on early 1960s Penneys sheets as well as china pieces that came in some boxes of detergents at the time. The white background is very white but there are a few stains (see photos). (They may possibly disappear with laundry stain treatment and then sun exposure--be sure to cover the colored designs so they don't fade.) Midcentury floral tablecloth is cotton and has a very pretty drape. Please see photos, read everything and let me know if you have questions. Thank you!
