SHIPPING: ONCE a week as our volunteer help allows us. Our ship out times vary. Our shipping is listed as 10 business days AFTER received payment.

If you purchase multiple items please, put in your shopping cart FIRST, then ask for an invoice to adjust your shipping costs. Otherwise, any adjustments that might be given are after you receive order & leave positive response.

Customer Service: If a problem arises please email us before you leave negative response or open a claim. If your item arrives broken, (yes, it does happen) please, let us know. Item isn't a "not as described" complaint- frowns on these. It appears the seller, US, is being dishonest. Why would we do that when we need YOU, the buyer, to help us accomplish our mission!

We leave response after positive response is left for us. Items must be paid for or email communication sent within 3 days of sale end unless other arrangements are made before the end of the sale. We understand sometimes "life" happens to cause a delay. Just notify us.
