I classified these vintage lipstick or makeup tissues as used, because they are a quite old collectible paper ephemera item that I don’t think anyone would want to use even though I don’t believe any tissues have been used or torn from the package and they are white. Some of the cover is tanned with age. There is a crease or two. There is a light stain above the flag on back cover. On front cover it reads: French Line, Lipstick tissues for your handbag. It is stapled and put together like a matchbook. It’s in very good vintage condition for its age and type of item. See photos.
