VTG Clarke St Metal Sign Street Sign Man Cave Hanging Display Rustic Retro

Sign is in used vintage condition. The metal is coming apart from the sign base along the bottom and is separating. There are areas of rust around both the front and back. It is double sided. There is cracking to the sign lettering. It is in rough shape with areas of scratches marks scuffs and discoloring. See all photos for full condition and all measurements.
