Similar to the Salvation Army collection cans. I bought this from a person who had it in their garage for a long time. My idea was to use it when the Boy Scouts had booth sales so people drop donations in the slot. However, we never used it. Perhaps you have a good idea for using this for a tip jar at your business or for collecting charitable donations. I’m not sure how old this is and if it is an antique or just vintage.
