For sale very fine quality antique Art DecoSilver & Guilloche Enamel Powder Compact. The lid hand painted with yellow daffodils flowers.
This compact is in very good condition. No damage to enamel, no repairs, mirror is also good. Marked E.P.N.S. Made in England hallmark. E.P.N.S - is electroplated nickel silver, commonly known as “EPNS\" that\'s is covered with a layer of pure sterling silver in an electrochemical process. Serious of this compact with different flowers were made in UK, Birmingham, circa 1949. This powder compact isenhancedwith yellow daffodils hand painted flowers in the center with green leaves on vivid white-pearl Guilloche enameled background. Measures: 3\" or 7.8cm diameter. 1/2\" or 1.5 cm thick. Weighs - 125 grams. From Smoke Free Environment
