Comes exactly as shown in excellent used condition.

Comes with light and adapter. When you plug the adapter in the little LEDs do move on the top but it seems like the red ones light up more than the others so I’m not sure if that’s an issue or it’s supposed to be like that. The yellow and green are barely lit.

Comes exactly as shown in pictures with the original box. The original box does have a couple tears in it.
