Tested & works. Please note that this phone does not come with a telephone line cord (phone cable). The receiver cord (handset cord) is gray, so it is not original to the phone. The phone base is white. The receiver appears to be a shade or two darker. The receiver brand is also Western Electric and appears to be from the same era, so maybe the shade difference is due to use/age? I want the buyer to be aware that the color of the receiver does not perfectly match the phone base. This is a vintage item, so there are some minor cosmetic issues, which include some light scuffs and/or scratches, and there are a couple of small chips on the cradle.
