Book is in Poor / Fair Condition.
The Binding on the Cover has split but the pages are still attached firmly. This appears to have been in a basement or garage for a period of time as there is some water staining on some pages and there is a musty smell to the book.
The Original Owner had numerous of his classmates sign the book and further down the years, there was an attempt to update some of the teachers / students as deceased and what year they passed. A very rare piece that is hard to find and a piece of history that needs to be kept around and not thrown away.
