Old country store calendar, dated for the year 1932, probably a free gift given out by the local variety or grocery store, measuring 13 1/2\" x 6 1/2\" and with a great mix of vibrant colors, products and people. Love that black heater/stove. Each month you were to tear off a small cover that was over the applicable calendar month. On my calendar, the month of January has already had the cover removed and you can see that the calendar was for the year 1932. The month of May at the top, end of the row on the right is also easy to see how this calendar worked as the cover is partially raised. I could not find on another example of this calendar for any year. Condition is very good, with the cover for January missing and the white apron of the store keeper might be a substitute (hard to tell). From a pet free and smoke free home-the calendar has no odor.
