VINTAGE pair ISRAEL BRASS METAL VOTIVE PILLAR CANDLE HOLDER JUDAICA mid century: $11.99
Got these in 1971 in Israel. Has Israel inscribed in the base. Don’t know if they are brass, bronze or what metal. Inside is black, outside has never tarnished, never rusted. Whatever they are, they have stayed beautiful for over 50 years! Has the two Israelites carrying the single cluster of grapes. From the age of “ wicks and sticks” stores and artsy candles. One has the original candle, the other candle was used and replaced with a glass votive. Something is written in Hebrew on the outside base. The one with candle is about 7.5” tall. The metal bases are about 4.5” tall
