Vintage Antique Wool Felt Pennant measures appproximately 24\" in length, plus 4-1/2\" streamers at the side edge. The Blue Felt Pennant features an illustration of a moose and pine trees, along with the following printed information:

A yellow felt band is affixed to the left side of the blue pennant; green felt streamers or tassels extend out from the left side of the pennant.
