This vintage tin from W. Germany features a beautiful blue Delft design with sailboats and is filled with old shell and MOP buttons. The candy tin is very attractive and in great condition, no rust. The tin measures 7 x 5 x 3 inches. It is a unique collectible item that would make a great addition to any metalware or tin collection.There is 100's of buttons weighing in at almost 1 1/2 pounds in this oval shaped tin. Some of them are quite old, all natural shell, MOP, abalone and china glass. Most are white, some smoky colored. There's large sets and unique carved singles in the mix, shank-style, two and four-hole buttons. they range in size from large coat buttons to tiny baby buttons and everything in-between. Perfect for sewists, collectors and crafters and a lovely tin to hold them all.
