This vintage Parker Cut Co. Beaver Tail lock-back pocketknife is a must-have for any collector. Hand Crafted in Japan in the 1980s, this original piece features a 2" drop point stainless steel blade. beaver etching, with a plain edge and a lock-back mechanism. The amofferextrous design and synthetic handle material make it easy to use for both left and right-handed individuals. In addition to its functionality, this pocketknife boasts a colorful design and is a true vintage treasure. With its gold exterior and other than some polish on the bolster (Mint in Box) condition, it is sure to impress any collector or knife enthusiast. These older Japanese knives are real sleepers. US companies farmed out these knives to Japan in the 70's and 80's to save money. As it turned out these were some of the best knife makers in the world. If you tried to but one of these handmade knives today the makers would charge you a couple hundred for the same type of knife.
