I can’t find really any info about this jacket - I did image search and google search. It looks like the patch was used on a Jeff Hamilton Jacket back in the 90s as well but I have no clue where exactly this jacket originated. There’s one other on a site called Stock Vintage that has the exact one.

The tag is a fruit of the loom tag, there is some wear on the jacket from over time but no holes or rips that I can see. The tag does show its an XL.
