This early 1900\'s all metal \"BOUN-C-BEATER\" ARCHIMEDES EGG BEATER KITCHEN WHISK measures approximately 12 1/2\"l...perfect for any kitchenware display!  The unique design of this handy kitchen utensil is attributed to the third century B.C. mathematician and inventor Archimedes who was instrumental in the development of the up-and-down eggbeater.  When placed vertically in a mixing bowl or jar and pushed up & down the contoured metal blades rotate to beat/mix/whip ingredients, all with one hand!  Maker is unknown but marked: \"BOUN-C-BEATER/PAT PEND\" on bottom.  All metal parts are secure and work easily & well.  This handy kitchen tool is clean and shows no cracks, dents, broken, missing or repaired parts.  Some minor expected age related surface/edge wear as shown in photos.  A FUN addition to any BOUN-C-BEATER/ARCHIMEDES EGG BEATER/KITCHENWARE collection!  Buyer pays shipping.  Please check my other sales for MORE interesting items!
