On the base is the blue flower (7th) stamp, 1991 date, and 7513. Handmade in Spain. Blue inspection sticker on the back. Ramos created his sculpture of a boy holding the Olympic torch in 1991, just in time for the Summer Special Olympics World Games hosted by Barcelona in Vilanova i la Geltrú. The Special Olympics take place every two years and alternate between Summer and Winter Games. DIMENSIONS: 10”H x 3-1/2”W x 2-1/2”D. WT=0.50 lbs. No box.
