VINTAGE ITALIAN CAPODIMONTE FLORAL CABINET PLATE CHERUB 9 1/8" ARTIST MARK:

An Estate Donation: Possibly the mark (N w/Crown) of the Royal Factory of Capodimonte in Naples, Italy but not known for sure. Interesting mark on the back side possibly by the artist but I can't quite figure out what it is - possibly a bug of some sort. Beautiful floral plate with dancing folks and playful cherubs measuring approximately 9 1/8 inches in diameter and about 3/4 inch tall. Nice loud ring when you ping it with your fingers! No chips, cracks, crazing, utensil marks or repairs noted. There is a manufacturing flaw on the underside that has been glazed over and there is some light wear to the center floral designs. CONDITION: Cleaningrecommended hand wash only - Items are preowned so expect wear consistent with age and use.
