VINTAGE Handcrafted 10” Guayobira & Cancharana Gaucho Knife #217:

These knives are not perfect, they are handmade with steel that comes from leftover field plows by the gauchos (South American cowboys) in Argentina. The handles are hand-lathed from shed pampas deer antlers and some rare types of wood. These knives are a fusion of rustic functionality and artistry, capturing the essence of the iconic patagonian lifestyle. The knife is 10” in total length and comes with a leather sheath, the blade is about 5” in length. Each knife is hand forged and hand lathed which takes about two days to be made from carbon steel.
The handles of these gaucho knives are individually crafted from rare hardwoods: mora (yellow wood), guayabera (brown & tan wood), and cacharana (red wood), red stag antler, rhea claws, armadillo tails, acrylic, and pampas deer antler, with a polished Argentine peso used as the butt plate.
