The only other gingerbread man that looks identical to this one is a candy container, however, this is NOT a candy container. It has a tiny hole on top of his head like there was an ornament holder there. There is something loose and rattles inside, so maybe the holder has over time slipped inside him. HE DOES NOT OPEN.

I know that the candy containers that look like him inside they say West Germany.

Use your own knowledge and judgment, as to whether or not, he is a standing figure, or an ornament, because he could be used as both if you affix a holder.

Lots of wear and scuff marks. Separation on one foot.

Measures approximately 4.25” high.
