*If your item arrives damaged, I will do everything possible to make it right. Please be patient as it takes time to research International shipping problems. If you chose the Priority Mail option (which is insured) please be prepared to help process the insurance claim. The buyer may need to fill out a form and take pictures of the damaged item / shipping box so that I can complete an insurance claim. This way I can get the money back so that I can properly refund the buyer.

Please know that it\'s very important to me that I keep an excellent response rating by making sure that you are satisfied as a buyer. I offer refunds on most of my items, even though other sellers do not. I will be shipping out presale items as soon as they are in hand during the time of the event. It\'s important for you if or when leaving response to properly rate me as a seller. When leaving response, please consider the day/time the item was shipped (use the tracking tool). I can not control USPS shipping delays and expect that unless there is a USPS delay, your package will arrive in the estimated time frame (most arrive sooner). Also, please note that if I have a shipping cost, that they are what they are. I try to set reasonable shipping costs. Shipping costs always include actual USPS shipping cost, cost of materials (boxes, packing supplies, tape etc.) and some fees. The cost of my item plus the cost of shipping are always competitive if the not lower then other sellers total cost on the same item. Just because I charge shipping does not mean I should get a lower rating, especially considering the price of the item + shipping would be lower then the other seller.
