VINTAGE CHRISTMAS PATCHWORK QUILT TREE SKIRT RUFFLE LACE HANDMADE / HOMEMADE:

This vintage tree skirt measures 47.5” across (in diameter) and the fabrics and lace trims are in good condition on the top side. No rips or tears in the top side fabric and the lace is in good condition as well. All stitching for the lace is in great shape. Clean, no bad odor. The back (under side) is just in fair condition. While it is backed with more of a white sewn fabric, it does have one stain and several areas where the fabric is torn. I am pointing to all flaws with a blue pen in several of the photos. I am certain this could be patched as the tears are solely in the bottom layer and does not affect the top layer. It’s been stored in a clean, smoke free environment. Thanks!
