FROM radio estate , I plugged it in and did nothing. dead.
Browning Laboratories ...not sure if anything missing? see empty spot on board...
loaded with tubes, pretty rare item. untested . the ac cord has a inline switch on it.
on top cabinet says SCA OK , not sure if that means anything....?
