Here is a vintage \"Union\" accessory headlight which was removed from a vintage Schwinn Racer bicycle. These were popular in the 1960s and 1970s to the 1980s. This is a great accessory which fits most any bike such as Schwinn Typhoon, Breeze, Racer, Continental, Paramount, JC Higgins, Monark, Hiawatha, Raleigh, etc.
Union made the \"Schwinn Approved\" generator lights and has a nice \"era correct\" design!It comes complete as shown with the mounting hardware and even includes the original lens!!! (they are often missing) Check out the pics, These are nice as they do not have batteries that you can forget about and leak acid over time.People often forget to remove the batteries from a regular headlight then in Spring, find a junk headlight full of battery acid! You wont ever have to worry about that with this one! I dont know where else you would ever find another like it!This one is TESTED AND WORKS! It installs on your bike in no time! It includes the hardware to mount it! Has age and patina. It will look right at on a vintage bike. This is a 6 volt light! The light shown in the pics is the exact one you will receive! Will look better with a little nicer polishing/cleaning.(has scratches etc. see pics) CHROME SHOWS AGE but it looks better in person than it appears in the pics. It will look right at home on your vintage bicycle!Install on most any bike such as Schwinn Corvette, Hollywood, Breeze, Jaguar, Collegiate, Letour, Monark, Hawthorne, Hiawatha, etc.Sold as is because it is used. It is used and has scratches, shows age etc. This is exactly how many people love them! Outer finish is shiny but not perfect show quality.
