For most of my items I have a flat rate standard shipping listed (insurance is included in that total)this allows me to use all of the available shipping options. Plan on thesedeliveries taking 5-6 weeks from the time they are scheduled. Though it could be a lot sooner and it would be best if you paid the shipping company directly.
