VINTAGE ANTIQUE METAL FIGURE. Unknown maker or country of origin. Late 1930s. The item has a movable arm that does move smoothly. I have not cleaned or repainted this item. Metal itself seems in good shape. Paint has many nicks and scratches, but this is perhaps 85 years old. Please see photos. About 2 and 3/5 inches tall.
