HILTON HEAD HUMANE (HHH)THRIFTVINTAGE/ANTIQUE CAST IRON FOX TERRIER DOG DOORSTOP/FIGURE
DESCRIPTION: This fine cast iron figure measures approximately 7 3/4" tall; 7" wide; 5" deep and 6 pounds 8 ounces in weight. It depicts a standing wirehaired or fox terrier with its head turned to the right. It is painted over in colors of cream and brown. The eyes are accented in a melon color and the mouth is accented in red.
The piece is constructed in 2 pieces and is in really great condition with only minor chipping of the paint.
We received this piece as part of a large donation of cast iron pieces from a known antique collector. Be sure to check them all out at our store - Hilton Head Humane Thrift.
