Rare Alva Museum Replica of Blind Lady Justice depicting the bust of Themis, ancient Greek goddess of Justice, Law and Divine Order, signed by the artist S. Eylanbekov.
This heavyweight statue is made of Alvastone with a lush dark bronze finish and excellent sculptural detail, from the blindfold over her eyes to the folds in her robe. The base reads "EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW" with a relief of the Scales of Justice above it. The back is inscribed by the artist "S. Eylanbekov© 1997 - MANUF. BY ALVA". The bottom is covered in brown felt.
It stands 10" tall by 5.5" wide by 3.5" deep, and weighs 4 lbs.
This is a welcome alternative to the typical Lady Justice full length statue standing with her sword and Scales of Justice. A classical bust for any desktop or legal office decor. Get it right here.
