Condition: Like new. No writing, no creases, no folds, no fading. Showroom condition. I was careful taking pictures to not break or bend the spine. The only flaw I found was on the back cover page, near the spine, where there is a small torn out section. This flaw is clearly visible in the photos. Otherwise this brochure is in absolutely beautiful condition.
