VINTAGE 1929JUNECLASS PHOTO P.S. No. 20 STATEN ISLAND, N.Y., BILES STUDIO #4. This listing is for a vintage, large black & white glossy photo that comes mounted inside a textured cardboard "frame" marked on lower right corner: The Biles Studio, Port Richmond (Staten Island), N.Y. The photos features a picture of a class of boys and girls posed in some type of assembly hall with flag stage, with principal/teacher, (looks similar to photos I have listed, same principal). The bottom edge is marked in white June Class P.S. 20 1929. The picture shows 18 girls all wearing white dresses holding diplomas, most with flower corsage. There are 21 boys wearing suits and ties, holding their rolled diplomas and some have visible ribbons & carnations pinned to their lapel. The image alone measures approx. 9-1/4" BY 7-1/2" and the overall "frame" measures approx. 13-1/4" BY 11-1/4". Everything is in very good condition and when packed SECURELY for shipping, the weight is 11 ounces.
