This is an exquisite vintage Santo Domingo shell fetish necklace. This remarkable necklace contains 13 outstanding hand carved shell fetishes that include animals and feather patterns. The intricacy of the carvings of the shells is just astonishing with the bottom largest fetish measuring around 1\" X 1/2\". Resting throughout the fetishes and towards the top of the necklace are wonderful hand cut tan shell heishi with accenting round silver beads. The necklace includes end silver cones with a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver. Cir. 1970\'s+. The length of the necklace measures around 22\". Sturdy 25 grams.-FREE Lifetime Warranty
