A fine example of an very early excavated 1 piece flat British East India Officer\'s cuff button. Button dates from circa 1760 to 1795 and has the expected British lion motif. Backmark appears to be blank. Button has a dark excavated patina with no shank and plenty of gold highlights. The cuff button measures 15.19mm. See photos for condition details.
