Unique Set of an Oblong Gold Etched Southwestern Vase plus Mounted Cattle Skull:

This splendid vase is quite unusual with the wide, almost flat sides, to make the most of the scene on the vase. The back and front are quite different. The variety in texture and color along with the gold etching are quite striking. The adobe style with the \"stairstep\" opening finishes the look. These two preowned pieces are most likely made by the same artist, but there is no artist makers mark on the mounted cattle skull, just the vase. The cattle skull is located on a walnut plaque. There is a reinforced hole on the back so that the plaque can be hung on a nail on a wall. The cattle skull also has gold etching and similar coloring as the vase.Both would be wonderful addition to a Southwest collection or décor! Special gifts for any occasion as well.
