You are looking at a copy of UNCANNY X-MEN #117 published by MARVEL COMICS back in 1979. This issue is famous for being the first appearance of X-Men villain the SHADOW KING as well as the origin of PROFESSOR X.
Of course, you must know that I am not a grader. In my unprofessional opinion, the book appears to be in decent shape but with obvious flaws including a torn page. A good clean and press could help bring up the grade but this was a well-loved copy.
