This listing is for a vintage 1989 USPS Love Birds Pin made of a gold tone metal with enamel finish featuring two blue love birds, a red heart, and green vines set against a creamy background. Jonathan Grey & Associates manufacturer markings are included on the backside along with the original butterfly clutch pin back. This beautiful statement piece can be worn as a lapel or tie pin, or use as a bag charm to personalize your favorite handbag.
Pin commemorates the ninth issue of the Love Series released on January 18th, 1990, designed by Jane Hertko. This vintage stamp was very popular for use on wedding invitations, Valentines, and other love-type letters.
Dimensions/Measurements: 1.25"W x 1"H (horizontal rectangular pin)Condition: Great condition, pre-owned collectible stamp pin with minor imperfections from original production and light scratches from long term storage (refer to photos).
