This is an oddball Marpat top that I THINK is a test model (if it’s not, please let me know). The material is not the standard ribbed NyCo blend – see the close-up pictures of the name and USMC tapes and compare the material to the body of the shirt material. The body material is much lighter weight than the issue NyCo blend. If you hold the material up to a light source you can see through it. The elbow reinforcements are a different type of material also. They feel like a soft weave nylon, maybe Cordura. It was made with no neck tag like a regular issue top would have. The shirt was worn and washed and the tags are faded. I can make out that it is size M-L but the other stuff that would clear up what the shirt is are not legible. The shirt is in very good, used condition
