This is a genuine US Military issue surplus NOS suspension assembly designed for PASGT combat helmets made of Kevlar. It is a helmet suspension harness assembly that meets the US Military Standard MIL-STD and has a Part Number of MIL-S-44097. The suspension assembly is designed to fit large helmet sizes, including LG, L, and could also fit ACH, MICH, SOHAH, TBH-II, TBH-IIIA helmets.
The suspension assembly is made by various DOD contractors, and its nomenclature is Suspension Assembly. It is an original suspension assembly that may also fit RBR, TC2000, ACH, MICH, and other similar combat helmets.
