These documents were hand signed by: Lee Sherman Dreyfus (Governor), Vel Phillips (Secretary of State), Martin J. Schreiber (Acting Governor) and also by Douglas Lafollette (Secretary of State). Dated from April 5, 1978 and March 30, 1986. Both have tears, folds, bends, tons of crinkles and other imperfections within.
