RARE WW2 Paratrooper Airborne Canteen Set - Dated 1944/5 Condition: Excellent. The canteen cover has no holes or tears. It does feature wear from age and use, including fading of the khaki color, some small frays and a small repair on the bottom middle front. The brass snaps are working great, and both the canteen and cup are in excellent shape as well. The canteen has its original cork. This particular set features the M-1941 airborne design, with extra canvas on the back to ensure the canteen cover hook wasn\'t ripped off the belt during a jump. The cover\'s markings are no longer ledgible, the canteen 1944, and the cup 1945, with the cup manufactured by S.M. Co., and the canteen by Vollrath. These original, paratrooper setsare difficult to find in this condition, so don\'t miss out on this one!!
