Original period collar disk insignia for a tanker circa World War I .

It shows the early British tank with laurel below. This is an unfinished Meyer, New-York disk as stamped on the back. The metal has not been blacked out and the back screw post does not have the small prongs to keep the disk from rotating.

The screw post is functional but has no screw. Some discoloration and vert de gris

This insignia would have been for the service uniform.
