Very unique Lenox decorative piece, almost gourd shape with twisted stem handle. Not sure if it was considered a planter or birdhouse. Measures just over 10 inches tall and 7 inches diameter. I have owned this beautiful Lenox piece for over 40 years and it was not new when I bought it. Very nice condition, but evidence of calcification from prior use inside the bottom of the bowl up to the openings. This had to have happened before I purchased it because it has always been displayed in my china cabinet. It has never distracted from the beauty or uniqueness of the vase (I never noticed it until carefully reexamining it to answer some questions). It has the older green Lenox leaf mark.
