Hi everyone, up for sale is anULTRA RARE Jurojin Deer God Of Longevity & Wisdom Cast Iron Statue/Sculpture
This unique and ULTRA RARE cast iron (might be bronze) statue depicts the JapaneseGod Of Longevity & Wisdom known as Jurojin. He is one of the seven gods of fortune in JapaneseMythology.Jurojin is often depicted with a deer, which symbolizeslongevity, good luck, and happiness.

It measures about 8 inches high and about 8 inches wide (at its widest point). It is very heavy weighing over 4 lbs.I believe the hoof on the front leg of the deer has been broken off. I didn't notice it at first, but you can be the judge of that from my photos.
