U.S. Navy trio to Alexander McQueen: 1) Navy Good Conduct Medal, reverse engraved \"C.S.C./No. 15753,/ALEXANDER/McQUEEN./ U.S.S./ PRAIRIE./JULY 31, 1905\"; on wrap brooch with open catch; on original/old ribbon. The U.S.S. Prairie was an auxiliary cruiser purchased in 1898 for the Spanish-American War, and was in sporadic service until 1923.2) West Indies Campaign Medal 1898, Navy reverse, numbered \"713\" at 6 o\'clock position; on original 2nd type ribbon, wrap brooch with open catch. After two years, the West Indies Campaign medal was replaced by the Navy Spanish Campaign medal; the West Indies version is much less common.3) Philippine Campaign Medal 1899-1903, Navy reverse, numbered \"1421\" at 6 o\'clock position; on original 2nd type ribbon, wrap brooch with closeable catch. This group was last sold in a 1988 Al Gleim sale. All three medals in near extremely fine conditions; all ribbons in extremely fine condition.
