EARLY VETERANS DAY SALE , price will return after veterans day .Why would you want to buy this watch ????It tells time like any other watch , fits on your wrist like any other watch. From far away you couldn't tell the different from any other watch. But the moment you come close it reveals how different it present it self. This is one of the finest U.S. Coast Guard watches made to pay tribute to the people who dedicate their lives to save lives.
Commission by Fortis watch company from Switzerland, under the license of U.S. Armed Forces Military Watches produced one of the Elite watches for the Elite person. Any Admiral, Captain, Commander, Lieutenant or Seaman will appreciate a timepiece that represent their military branch. This is the Ultimate gift for a US Coast Guard or collector too.
These watches bears the official US Coast Guard coat of arms mark directly from the Dept. of U.S. Coast Guard to Fortis HQ in Switzerland where the master mark was received. These are factory made watches. The watches are limited to 15 piece and we are offering only 1 to be sold..., #6. This is a great opportunity to own a piece of history that is museum quality. Please indicate which numbered watch you wish to have that is available. We show how watches looks when they come from the factory shipped out , I thought that was unique because most people don't get to see this.
In commemoration of the US Coast Guard, Fortis has produced a chronograph watch. Made in a numbered and limited edition of fifteen, the watch features an automatic Valjoux 7750 movement with the seconds counter on the Coast Guard coat of arms at 9 o'clock. The Flieger-style blue skeleton hands that mark the hours and minutes have been coated with SuperLuminova at the tips. Made of stainless steel with a brushed finish, the 42mm case sports a unidirectional diving bezel with 120 grid. The model sports a blue bezel matching the color of the Coast Guard coat of arms. The screw-down steel case back has a mineral crystal and seals this watch to resist depths of 200 meters. The watch is attached to a stainless steel bracelet and comes in a numbered box with a certificate of authenticity.
I think this branch of the military don't receive the appreciation for the service they do for our country. I hope these watches make their way to some Coast Guard members wrist to show we appreciate the service they provide for all of us.
